Uniplus 750

Deep Pile Production
Large format sheets can be stacked up to a maximum height of 580 mm on the special deep pile carts that are delivered with the stacking unit. In order to ensure a perfectly safe stacking process, the UNIPLUS-750 unit is equipped with upper belts in the stacking position that transport the individual sheets safely into their stacking position.

Stack Production with Cross Pushing Unit
The air-supported cross pushing unit (batcher unit) for stack production from 16 to 28⅓ inches is movable on rolls and can be attached to the UNIPLUS-750 device in no time without any tools. After receiving the piles, the cross pushing unit is lifted up pneumatically in order to guarantee a pleasant and ergonomic removal of the finished stacks. The batcher unit can be supplied in a left or right version according to the customer's wishes and is installed in a 90°-angle to the web running direction.
