S-52-2 Notes

Stacking device for the production of digitally produced post-it notes. Multi-functional stacking device for self-adhesive products, mainly for post-it notes.
The cut sheet are transported into the stacking position by means of a conveyor belt. A single-sheet infeed device allows the insertion of an intermediate sheet, which is inserted into the stack appropriately after a pre-defined number of sheets.
An enormous advantage of such a digital solution are the individual motives per sheet, the possibility to design each individual block differently, and the variable number of blocks per pile.
The device is integrated online into the work flow.
The maximum speed is at 80m/min with a maximum sheet length of 13".
